Programs

The Village Nursery School (VNS) offers flexible options to enable families to build the program best suited for their child. Our preschool and kindergarten classes can be integrated with our range of enrichment classes and extended care options to create a program that matches your child’s interests and family’s needs.

Our "Main Programs" (Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten) classes are available for children 2.9 years - 6 years-old and run throughout the day. Programs are offered based on enrollment needs.

Thematic afterschool "Enrichment" programs are offerred to present topics in greater depth. Classes can be combined with a student’s preschool or kindergarten class to both extend their day and allow them greater exposure to new and exciting ideas. The programs include musical, cultural, environment, and literary programs.

If additional hours are needed, "Extended Day" programs and hours are available starting 8:00 a.m. and ending at 3:30 p.m. These lightly structured programs allow children to play and learn under the guidance of VNS faculty.

During the summer, "Summer" programs are available in June and early July.
